About Us
Kent Family Connections was established to offer a family time centre based in the centre of Herne Bay to offer a more local provision for families based in and around Canterbury, Herne Bay, Whitstable and further afield.
This is a family run business, and this enables us to provide bespoke services, we can adapt quickly to accommodate unique requests and above all else we are able to provide a personal service.
We have designed our family time rooms to closely reflect a living room at home, so this feels a much more natural setting for adults and children. We have focused on making these rooms bright, welcoming, and comfortable. Every room is maintained to a high standard and safety remains our priority.

Mission Statement
At Kent Family Connections Ltd we understand that attending a family time centre can cause anxiety in a situation already fraught with stress and strong emotions. We offer a safe and child friendly environment where safeguarding remains a priority.
We therefore seek to make this as relaxing and enjoyable as possible by demonstrating empathy and understanding to all those accessing our services.
We provide clean, well equipped, child focused rooms which we have designed to be as close as possible to a cosy living room, so this feels much more of a natural setting for all involved.
All our staff are trained, experienced and welcoming and we hope to provide an enjoyable and meaningful experience to everyone using our service.
