Committed & Qualified

Child Contact Supervisors are trained professionals who support and monitor contact sessions between children and their parents or other family members when supervision is required. Their primary role is to ensure the child’s safety and well-being while helping to create a positive, nurturing environment for family interaction. During contact sessions, supervisors observe, record relevant information if needed, and may offer gentle guidance or encouragement to promote healthy communication and parenting skills. They always remain neutral, focusing on the child’s needs rather than family conflicts. Child contact supervisors play an important role in helping families rebuild trust, strengthen relationships, and work toward safer, more independent contact arrangements. We aim to ensure you have a regular supervisor who will become familiar to you and your children.
